Sales Strategy,
From the Inside
Intro
Third House helps founders and leadership teams move from founder-led selling to a sales motion that scales, especially when the sales process is complex, consultative, and high-stakes.
We embed with your team to build a sales approach that’s structured but human, repeatable but personal so you can grow without burning out.
When to Call Us
You’re selling a high-ticket service or product. Every deal is nuanced. The market is crowded or heavily regulated. Trust matters, and so does getting it right.
You’ve gotten this far through instinct, hustle, and relationships, but now:
You’re still in every deal
Revenue is inconsistent
Your story isn’t landing
Your team lacks a clear path to follow
You don’t need another sales training. You need someone who understands your world — and can help you build a system that works.
What We Do Together
At Third House, we help you build and operationalize a sales strategy that fits the way you do business. No plug-and-play templates — just grounded, hands-on support.
What that looks like:
Clarifying your positioning and pitch
Mapping your sales motion end to end
Building the tools your team uses
Creating repeatable processes for pipeline growth
Partnering on pricing, proposals, outreach, and more
We also bring the full go-to-market perspective, making sure your messaging, marketing, and customer experience align with how you sell.
About
Third House was founded by Emily Broderick, after 15+ years selling and scaling in complex environments, from startups and healthcare tech to global agencies and high-value service firms.
Emily has worked across both product and service businesses, giving her a rare perspective on what it takes to close big deals and grow sustainably. She’s led multi-stakeholder sales, built go-to-market engines from scratch, and helped technical teams connect their work to what customers truly care about.
Today, she works alongside founders and leadership teams as a fractional sales leader, GTM strategist, and honest sounding board, focused on building systems that last beyond her time in the room.
